FieldTurf and its subsidiary company, Poligras Iberica, is providing turf football pitches at the FC Barcelona training ground.
The artificial turf will replace the ten-year-old surfaces on all four pitches at the club's Joan Gamper training complex in 2012 and 2013.
Th product uses fibres surrounded by a mixture of silica sand and cryogenic rubber infill material, designed to offer safety, durability and surface permeability.
It is also intended to deliver vertical ball rebound, ball roll, shock absorption, deformation and rotational resistance.
